How to Participate in Our Program
- Call us. We'll help you through the process.
- Download the reservation form, fax it to us, and send in your deposit.
- Once you are a confirmed Harmon Retailer, we will forward you a password allowing you to read the on-line Resource Book. It describes in detail the vendors' credit and co-op policies. It also lists the wholesale and retail prices of the jewelry displayed on the Harmon page and other pertinent information (carat weights, etc.).
- Look at the vendor pages online and choose the pages you wish to select.
Important: Not all vendor pages are listed. Please call us to ascertain the availability of any vendor you do not see.
- Send in your product for us to photograph if you wish us to create custom pages for you.
- Decide how many copies you wish to have printed.
- Choose a cover design from our displayed list (or have us create a custom cover).
- Provide us with the information you want placed on the back cover and on the inside of the front and back covers.
- Download the retailer sign up forms, fill them out in their entirety, and return to Harmon Catalog.
- Catalogs will be completed the first week of November. We can mail your catalogs or ship them to your desired mailing house. Final payment is due at this time.
